1. Delivery Timelines

We aim to get your products to you as quickly as possible. Our standard timelines are:

• Order Processing: All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).
• Transit Time: * Within West Bengal: 2–4 business days.
• Metro Cities (Rest of India): 3–5 business days.
• Rest of India (Remote Locations): 5–10 business days.
• Total Delivery Estimate: Most customers receive their orders within 5 to 7 working days from the date of order confirmation.

2. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999.
• Standard Shipping: For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at the checkout page based on the weight and dimensions of the products.
• All Pricing: All shipping costs are displayed in INR (₹).

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS containing your Tracking ID and a link to the courier partner’s website. You can also track your order directly through our “Track Your Order” page on the website.

4. Delivery Process

• Our courier partners will attempt delivery three times before returning the package to our warehouse.
• Please ensure a valid contact number and complete address (including landmarks) are provided at checkout to avoid delivery delays.
• Note: Heavy or bulky items (like large traffic barriers or hydrant systems) may be shipped via surface transport and may take the full 10 business days for delivery.credit as per your request.

5. Damaged Shipments

If you notice that the external packaging is significantly damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package. Note the damage on the delivery receipt and contact our support team immediately at support@masafetystores.com.
