We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure that your orders are delivered securely and within the estimated delivery timelines.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping & Delivery Policy.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship products across India.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Delivery availability may vary depending on the courier network and the destination PIN code.
2. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
For custom-made, made-to-order, or bulk quantity products, additional processing time may be required. Customers will be informed in advance.
3. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

4. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on eligible orders above ₹999.
- Orders below the free shipping threshold will incur shipping charges calculated at checkout.
- Freight charges for oversized, heavy, or bulk industrial products may vary based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
- All prices and shipping charges are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- Shipment confirmation email
- SMS or WhatsApp notification (where applicable)
- Tracking ID
- Courier partner details
Customers can also track their order using the Track Your Order page on our website.
6. Delivery Attempts
Courier partners generally make up to three delivery attempts.
If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the shipment, the package may be returned to our warehouse.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
7. Heavy & Bulk Orders
Products such as:
- Traffic Barriers
- Speed Breakers
- Hydrants
- Rubber Barriers
- Industrial Safety Equipment
may be shipped through surface freight or specialized transport.
These orders may require additional transit time and separate freight arrangements.
8. Damaged Shipments
If your shipment appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery:
- Inspect the package before accepting it.
- Photograph the damaged packaging.
- Notify our Customer Support Team immediately.
- If possible, mention the damage on the courier delivery receipt.
Failure to report visible transit damage promptly may affect claim processing.
9. Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

- Authorized recipient at the delivery location
Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delayed delivery or additional shipping charges.

A GST invoice is generated for every eligible order and is provided electronically or with the shipment.
Customers requiring GST invoices should ensure that GST details are submitted before order processing.
