1. Order Cancellation & Bank Refunds
We understand that plans can change. We allow order cancellations before the product is dispatched.
- Cancellation Window: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement or until the order status is updated to “Dispatched.”
- Refund Method: For successful cancellations, the amount will be refunded directly to your original payment method (Bank Account, Credit/Debit Card, or UPI).
- Refund Timeline: The refund will be processed within 2 business days, and the amount will reflect in your bank account within 7 to 10 working days.
2. Returns & Store Credit
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or received a defective item, you may request a return.
- Return Request: Must be raised within 24 hours of delivery via email (support@masafetystores.com) or WhatsApp (+91-9831440852).
- Refund Method (Store Credit): Please note that we do not offer cash or bank refunds for returned items. Instead, we issue a Store Credit Voucher of the equivalent value.
- Store Credit Timeline: Your store credit voucher will be issued within 24 Hours after the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes a quality check. This credit can be used for any future purchase on our website.
- Defective Items: We bear the cost of return shipping.
- Customer Preference: If you return an item for reasons other than damage (e.g., changed your mind), the return shipping cost will be deducted from your Store Credit.
3. Exchange Policy
If your order arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, please contact our Customer Care team within 24 hours of receipt at support@masafetystores.com or WhatsApp at +91-9831440852.
- Damaged/Incorrect Products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will arrange a free exchange for the same item.
- Process: Once the damage is verified via photos/videos, our courier partner will pick up the item. The replacement will be dispatched within 48 hours of the pickup.
4. Return Process
- Contact our Customer Care team within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide your Order ID and photos/videos clearly showing the defect or damage.
- Once approved, our courier partner will arrange a pickup of the product.
- After inspection, we will process your exchange or issue store credit as per your request.
5. Non-Returnable Products
For safety and regulatory reasons, certain items cannot be returned/exchanged unless defective or damaged
- Fire safety products once opened or seal broken (e.g., extinguishers)
- Used or installed safety gear (e.g., reflective vests, PPE, masks)
- Custom or made-to-order items
6. Important Notes
- If a product becomes unavailable after order confirmation, we will notify you and issue a full refund or replacement.
- Please ensure the shipping address provided is complete and correct. Orders returned due to incomplete/incorrect addresses may incur reshipping charges.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details (flat number, company name, contact number, etc.) to ensure smooth delivery.
7. Documentation Requirement
To process any cancellation or return, please provide your Order ID. For returns, a clear unboxing video is mandatory to verify claims of damage or missing parts.
8. Final Decision
All requests are subject to review by MA Safety Stores. We reserve the right to approve or reject return/exchange claims based on the condition of the product and compliance with this policy.

- Provide Order ID, product details, reason, and photos
- Our courier partner will arrange pickup from your location once the return is approved
- Ensure the product is securely packed in the original packaging for pickup
